If you've ever worked in the restaurant industry you've heard the term "in the weeds" which means the place is packed, the kitchen can barely keep up and the servers are running around like crazy people.
In my world, Paul and I are the kitchen crew and the servers at our own restaurant and our patrons, Reece, Violet and Penn have caused us to be "in the weeds." But unlike a restaurant crew, we don't get to close up and go home at the end of the night, our restaurant is open 24/7.
We keep telling ourselves that this craziness will be over soon but man it's hard not to feel overwhelmed and wonder "How in the world are we going to get through this?" Soon, I know. In a few weeks, when Penn is more predictable and we have our restaurant running smoothly, we'll look back and say, "Hey, that wasn't so bad."

oh sweetie...it will get better, it will get better, it will get better! it's not easy to see when you're in the middle of it, though. praying you can get a bit of rest amongst the craziness. love you!
